All our beds, mattresses and headboards are made to your specific requirements and delivered within 3-7 working days to the majority of UK mainland postcodes.
Delivery to certain postcodes take longer as we use an independent courier

Our delivery service is not available offshore, to Scottish highlands includes - HS, IV41-IV51, IV55-IV56, KA27, KA28, KW15-KW17, PA41, PA42-PA49, PA60, PA61, PA62-PA76, PA77, PA78, PH41, PH42, PH43, PH44, ZE.
Note: Our couriers will contact you via call or text 1-2 days before the delivery of your bed. Please make sure someone is available at the property to receive the delivery during that time.
Delivery is only to the Front Door. Flats it will be the Communal Area of the building.

1. How long does delivery take?
- Answer: Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination. Standard delivery usually takes 5-7 business days,
2. How can I track my order?
- Answer: The courier we are using does not provide tracking numbers for larger items. However, they will contact you via call or text 1-2 days prior to delivery of your bed to coordinate the delivery.
3. What are your shipping costs?
- Answer: Free delivery on all orders to UK mainland postcodes
4. Do you ship internationally?
- Answer: No.
5. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
- Answer: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service via email at info@coolbed.co.uk as soon as possible. If the order hasn't been shipped yet, we will update the address for you. Once the order has been dispatched, changes cannot be made.

- Answer: If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please take photos of the condition and contact our customer service info@coolbed.co.uk immediately. We will resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

8. Do you offer same-day delivery?
- Answer: No.
9. Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?
- Answer: our courier doesn't deliver on specific dates, but they will try to get as close as possible to your preferred delivery date
10. What are the hours of delivery?
- Answer: We can deliver 7 days a week from the hours of 7 am-7 pm, we will provide a smaller slot on the day, and the drivers will give at least 30 minutes notice.
12. Can I delay my delivery date?
- Answer: After placing your order please email us with your request and we can hold the order until you are ready to accept the delivery.
13. Can I cancel my order before it is delivered?
- Answer: If you wish to cancel your order, please email info@coolbed.co.uk. Provided goods have not already left our warehouse, refunds will be processed within 48 hours.
