Why Use Klarna?

Pay in 3, Interest Free 

1. First, select 3 interest-free instalments at checkout. 

Add your items to your basket as usual, and select Klarna 3 interest-free instalments as your payment method during checkout.


2. Next, fill out the Klarna form. 

It's simple, secure, and won't affect your credit rating.

3. Finally, enjoy your new find! 

Once you're approved and make your first payment, we'll process and ship your order ASAP. Klarna will collect your remaining payments 30 and 60 days later, respectively.




How does Pay in 3 work?


Pay in 3 allows you to spread the cost of your purchase over three equal payments. Your first instalment will be collected from your debit or credit card when Wayfair confirms your order and Klarna will automatically collect the second and third instalments 30 and 60 days later, respectively.


Am I eligible for Pay in 3?


To use Pay in 3, you must be at least 18 years old. Eligibility for Pay in 3 is also subject to your financial circumstances. But don't worry - applying won't affect your credit rating.


Why was I declined?


Klarna's Pay in 3 decision depends upon a number of factors, including address details, cardholder details, the amount of your order, your previous order history, and item availability. For more information about your decision, please get in touch with  Klarna directly.


Can I pay before the due date?


You sure can! If you want to pay the outstanding balance of your Pay later in 3 purchase, simply log in, go to the order page, and select 'Pay off early'. You can also use the Klarna app to manage repayments and purchases.


What do I need to provide when I make a purchase?


To pay in 3 instalment with Klarna, you'll need to provide the following:


Your mobile number
Email Address
A valid debit/credit card


Klarna will send all correspondence via email, but they'll need your phone number if they need to reach you immediately. Please make sure that you provide accurate information so you receive your payment schedule and any updated order information.


What happens to my payments if I return my purchase?

Start the return process as usual, through Wayfair. Once Wayfair confirms that it has received your return, Klarna will take it from there and adjust your payments as needed.


Additionally you can use the Klarna app to get a full overview of your purchases and report returns. Follow the directions below to return your purchase.


Step One: Open the Klarna app and select the desired order you wish to return.


Step Two: Select the Report a Return button and follow the instructions provided. Next, select the Confirm button at the bottom of the screen. A confirmation message should appear notifying you that Klarna had received your Return Report.


Step Three: Your Order Status will update to reflect your Return being reported within the App. Select your returned Order and scroll to the Additional Info section and select the Return Instructions button to learn how to return the items to Wayfair. Please save your package tracking ID in case you need to locate it for future reference.


After Wayfair has processed your return, Klarna will issue a refund and update your statement. If you made a full return, Klarna will refund any collected payments and cancel future schedule payments. If you made a partial return, Klarna will send you an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule.
